Stand Up Paddleboard

Join us for a mindful flat water paddleboard adventure on the Potomac River May through October. We offer weekly guided paddleboard sessions, stand up paddleboard yoga “SUP Yoga”, board rentals and private groups. No experience is necessary and standing isn’t required. Healthy mobility encouraged, must be able to swim to participate. All gear is provided for guided sessions, rentals, and private groups.

Guided sessions include assistance in and out of the water, and instruction and guidance for the full adventure. Sessions including yoga are all levels and encourage some yoga experience. Rental experiences provide water access and gear, must be able to lift 15lbs. Private Groups are tailored to provide gear and instruction for your group and can include specialty add ons such as yoga, food, etc.

All adventures are by registration and reservation only.

Outdoor Yoga

There is no better way to experience aligning with nature than to take your yoga and mindfulness practice outdoors. Experience a wide variety of outdoor venues as the backdrop for our yoga classes. Including farms, breweries, coffee shops, waterfront locations and more, May through September. Classes are all levels and yoga experience is encouraged. Our style is influenced by flow and hatha yoga, and the sciences of ayurveda and astrology.

Moving Mountains Hikers Club

Moving Mountains Hikers Club is intended to inspire us to continue to opt outside through the Fall and Winter months with the support of community. Hiking together can give us insights to new destinations, create mindful connection, and keep us in the sunshine to combat seasonal sadness and depression. Once a month we will meet to saunter various hiking trails that range from beginners to moderately advanced. This club is a free offering. Preregister to receive more details on each hike.
