We believe adventure can be mindful and self care is community service

We are in the flow on the main street of Shepherdstown! Join Whitney every Monday 6-7:15pm for Flow Yoga for donation to local organizations, at Eclectic (formerly Evolve) a community pop up shop. All proceeds benefit the space and community. Start your week aligning your body, mind, and soul with mindfulness, seasonal insights, and a stretch from your head to your toes. Yoga experience encouraged, healthy mobility required. Limited space.
