Paddleboarding with Ebb & Flow is a mindful flatwater adventure on the cleanest stretch of the Potomac River. We make it an easy and elevated experience with no shuttle stress, all gear and guidance is provided, and standing isn’t required. We make it fun YOU make the memories!

Join Whitney for Flow Yoga on Mondays 6pm on the Main Street of Shepherdstown at Eclectic (formerly Evolve) a community pop up shop. All proceeds are donated monthly and support various local and regional organizations. When you take care of you, you care for others!

Walk Ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee space upon arrival. Preregister on the schedule page, limited space. Bring your own mat and props.
