Paddleboarding with Ebb & Flow is a mindful flatwater adventure on one of the cleanest stretches of the Potomac River. We make it an easy and elevated experience with no shuttle stress, all gear and guidance is provided, and standing isn’t required. We make it fun, you make the memories!

We are mashin up two outdoor favorites with planting and paddling! Getcha hands dirty, feet wet, and heart happy with an outdoor happy hour planting a potted herb and a sunset paddle following. All planting materials, paddleboard and guidance is included.

We are back at Frog Eye Farm for our epic and annual Sunset Yoga & Blueberry experience! Celebrating our 10th year returning to the farm for outdoor yoga with breath taking views alongside the blueberry patch, and a private pick your own blueberry adventure. Frog Eye Farm boast over 2,400 organic blueberry bushes, serene quiets views, and memories that last long beyond the season. You don’t want to miss this event!

Join Whitney for Flow Yoga weekly on Mondays 6pm on the Main Street of Shepherdstown at Eclectic (formerly Evolve) a community pop up shop. All proceeds are donated monthly and support various local and regional organizations. When you take care of you, you care for others!
