Stand Up Paddleboard

Join us for a mindful flat water paddleboard adventure on the Potomac River May through October. We offer guided paddleboard sessions, stand up paddleboard yoga “SUP Yoga”, board rentals and private groups. No experience is necessary and standing isn’t required. Healthy mobility encouraged, must be able to swim to participate. All gear is provided for guided sessions, rentals, and private groups.

Guided sessions include assistance in and out of the water, and instruction and guidance for the full adventure. Sessions including yoga are not for beginners of yoga, yoga experience encouraged. Rental experiences provide water access and gear, must be able to lift 25 lbs. Private Groups are tailored to provide gear and instruction for your group and can include specialty add ons such as yoga, food, etc.

All adventures are by registration and reservation only.

Outdoor & Donation Flow Yoga

There is no better way to experience aligning with nature than to take your yoga and mindfulness practice outdoors. May through September, experience a wide variety of outdoor venues as the backdrop for our yoga classes. Including our waterfront Yoga Yard farms, breweries, coffee shops, and more. During Winter months stay in the flow by joining us for our yoga series in various indoor locations benefitting local organizations and causes. All proceeds are donated.

Our style is influenced by Prana Flow Yoga, traditional yoga, and many modalities of wellness, astrology and philosophy. Flow Yoga is not for beginners of yoga, yoga experience encouraged.

Moving Mountains Hikers Club

Moving Mountains Hikers Club is a woman’s hiking group intended to inspire us to continue to opt outside together Fall through Winter with the support of community. Hiking together can give us insights to new destinations, create mindful connection, and keep us in the sunshine and connecting to nature. We meet to saunter various hiking trails that range from beginners to moderately advanced. This club is a free offering. Preregister to receive more details on each hike.
