Shauna Triplett 200hr YTT from Jala Yoga, is a Virginia native passionate about all things health and wellness. Shauna has found that her practice has provided a deeper understanding of her own body, empowered her to trust her intuition, and live as enthusiastically as possible. She enjoys diving into the biomechanics of postures, leading breath work, has pursued additional training in trauma informed yoga, and appreciates seeing her students connect with their own bodies.
