Michael’s yoga journey began as a means of physical exercise, yet quickly developed into an integral part of his life as he began noticing positive changes in his mind, body, and spirit. Increased energy, decreased stress responses, and a better connection to self kept him returning to his mat and eventually led to the completion of Jala Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training in 2019. Michael aims to cultivate both strength and flexibility in his students. You can expect a mixture of modern music and classical postures that combine to facilitate a full and rich experience in his classes. He hopes to lead deeply healing practices by inspiring students to let go and let in.
