Jordan Hosby, 200 RYT under Christa Mastrangelo-Joyce at Jala Yoga came to yoga during her college years at Marshall University. At first, yoga was just a form of fitness and movement for her. However, quickly she realized the stress relieving benefits and has practiced regularly for eight years. She continually kept coming back to the energy, strength, and clarity she felt after every yoga practice and her love of yoga made her realize her next goal was to become an instructor to share the same joy and light that yoga has brought to her life. Jordan’s love of community and calm presence make her classes a welcoming and safe environment for practitioners of all levels. Additionally, Jordan is a RN with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, minor degrees in Chemistry and Psychology and trained in trauma informed yoga.
