Ebb & Flow experienced high waters this season on our stretch of the river until mid July. As our name states, we are always practicing and learning to flow in alignment with nature and our own unique journey. Our specialty is mindful adventure, and this year asked us to fully ebb and take a Summer and Fall sabbatical.
